One of the things that make a chan good is the PPM (Posts Per Minute) rating. A high PPM ensures a steady flow of lulz. But like anything, the more you let in, the better chance there is of the fail coming in. So in reality, no. All the chans that matter suck. The big ones suck because of the level of fail that is statistically there, and the small ones suck because of the lack of members. What you guies do not understand is that kids are getting onto computers at younger and younger ages. The parents either fail to care about, or dont know how to, put Rei's Dead adopted sister blocks on the computer. They thusly make it to 4chan and ask dumbass shit. Buttfuckit, all the /b/ boards are designed for nothing but shit, and you cannot mine gold from a sewer.

None of the chans were ever free of cancer. There's always a large fraction of regular users who just don't get it right, whether it's with memes or anything else.
