Eh, I was trying to think of something to do with that nigra I made. I whipped this up pretty quick.

I can't think of anything to do with him at all.
Also could an Admin take off that damn .swf filter. I can't post mah .swfs which is gay.

Focus less on the actions and more on the art. Doesn't need to be animated either. As it stands now, looks pretty petty and childish and shitty, from my point of view, at least.

When you export a .gif from flash it fucks up the colors and stuff.
Watch it in .swf format and then tell me what needs to be improved. dA sucks for criticism so I really never know how to improve my cartoon peoples.

For a start, I would sugest doing some studying of the male anatomy, I sugest you go to fapchans /men/ for good samples of anatomy (lol).

Colors aren't the problem. Work some more on the actual art and improve to the point of true epicness- these are kind of grade sixish- square bodies, square-like legs, arms at side, etc.

Evolve it to the epicness that was and is the comic and you will have a prize worthy of any mantlepiece! Ah, Gordon Freeman! I can think of no better volunteer!

Well, the first thing I noticed was the lack of tweens. Or at the very least the FBF was pretty choppy. The art will improve naturally, as you get used to flash.

I never use motion tweens and I don't know what an FBF is. I get the weird feeling that I'm some how doing it wrong.
First I do what ever motion happens on one frame, copy that frame, paste it, then proceed to edit that frame for the next action.
