We actually did settle on the times some while back, though not much was said officially here on the forums. I posted the official poster we have in the Nigrapedia and instructions, on both 7chan and 12chan this morning and things seem to be on track in both places so far, for once.

It's on a Friday, so only so much we can do with the times. Make it much earlier or later we lose a big chunk of the population either in the US or Europe due to school, evening jobs, sleep, etc.
