Not all Canadian music is bad. Sum 41 are a kick-ass band for putting metal solos into their pop punk songs and I, a Canadian music know-it-all, give them props for that. :canada:

I knew these guys since they first became popular in Canada. The name Sum 41 came from the fact that after all the members graduated from high school, the summer break they had before post-secondary was 41 days long.

I've found Sum 41 to be rather mediocre (though by canadian standards, medicore is great). The one I really can't stand is Nickelback. That band is fucking fail.

I support this message, even though I'm not Rick Santorum. Nickelback just keep recycling their music year after year. Just listen to the songs "How You Remind Me", "Someday", and "Saving Me". They all practically sound the same. I only like one song from those guys and it's "Never Again" for escaping their usual norm.
