Face of Mankind during the beta stages? If you played that and said you didn't love the fuck out of it I hate you. :<
That game was just to epic me and like 23 other Mercenaries were trying to take New York city from the what ever faction controlled it. It was all of us charging up a single hall that lead to the control room. Everyone was just getting blasted at by the  sized forces controlling NY at the time. Only place to hide was behind a corner and in the other hall way. We were finally defeated after some fucktard said we give up our position and go around the back way. As soon as that door opened into the control room. Everyone in front of me just fell and died. It was an epic hail of gunfire.
After that we got pissed, Went to the neutral trading center, and started firing randomly. Then the fucking cops came and wiped us out.
And who could forget that time we jumped on the table were the president was talking with the most famous criminal in the game. We all got hit with stun guns and taken outside. Then we pulled out are guns, killed the two cops, and ran like super speed to the teleporters back to mars.
Then this one time while I was with the Cops a group of about 5 of us got told that some just killed another guy at this bar. (Apparently they were trading drugs and you can't do that normally in the city) We got there and saw that some one died(When you die you drop everything except your guns in a bag) we walked into the bar and 5 random guys popped out and killed us.
Then the army thought it would be cool to come to mars and fuck with the Mercs. Oh lol, They came into a single hall way and we surrounded them and killed them all.
I swear FoM was the coolest MMOFPS ever made. Sadly I won't pay monthly fees for a game. ):

Lol it might not be as popular since it went out of the beta stages. Try asking on /v/ or some gaming forum and see if its still active first.

Also I just remembered this one time some guy was apparently escaping the Military in Manhattan. He was ran into the teleporter room just as I was about to leave, there was gun fire coming and he had just bought his teleporter ticket. I pulled out my pistol and shot him. Then I ran off  .
