I'm thinking that the Internet Hate Machine needs to move to small forums like this. A central /i/ is good for raid ideas and general discussion and tomfoolery, but it hasn't been good for actual raiding. A small but dedicated band of hooligans can cause more trouble than a bunch of newfags
It's like this, if you're on a gigantic board like the old /i/ or some /b/ boards, why raid if you think over 9000 other people will raid for you?

But at the same time, picture a vast army of faces. Black, gelatinous afros mold and grow in a towering abyss of copy pasta and Oingo Boingo lyrics. MODs come in, look around. Being MODs, they can't tell the difference between newfags and seasoned nigras.

The vamping is retarded. So you shut their server down due to bandwith use, that completely kills the purpose. I have more fun trolling some of the fags till they cry, rather then suddenly having them see a message that their server is down for the month.
Vamping is nice at the end of a raid. Right now it seems to be the only they they did, since all effort it takes is looking up some images, copypsta them into gigaloader and click a button.

Basically. Or rather fear of it.
I have never encountered a host who would knowingly let something liek /i/ run on its servers. The only reason it exists for a while in any location is because the host doesn't know it is there (or what it is) until a ton of complaints come in. /i/ exists for the purpose of raiding and causing actual damage and is open about it, thus all the problems.
Pool's Closed has long kept limits on what's allowed to be organized on here (what you do on your own however, isn't controlled by PC and can't be used against us). While it may be a little less than maximum lulz at times, it's the reason we mostly get left alone instead of having to change servers every 2 weeks. Keeps out the personal army newfags as well.
