Think Super Mario RPG, Bowser's Castle revisited. There's 8 different rooms you can go into, each with different puzzles or gauntlets and shit, etc.
I think we should do something similar-- We have x rooms, each with a gauntlet, puzzles, etc. To get the best armor in the game, though, you have to go through one epic puzzle. This epic puzzle is as follows:
Your character walks into a room, that room is filled with a lot of pillars, all of them shiny and bright. In the middle is a long walkway, about six feet wide (~3 tiles) and eighty feet long (~40 tiles?). There are pillars along side of each side at every 4th tile. As soon as you take the first step through, your character is going to not be able to walk straight, and have a chance of stumbling over.
No big deal, right? Here's the catch: The room is eighty feet deep from where you're standing, and the ceiling is eighty feet high. If you touch a pillar, the room automatically spins around and you end up getting thrown around like a pinball ball until you land somewhere-- every time you hit a pillar you lose 1 hp and the room spins again into a random position, being able to throw you anywhere. Good luck with that.
Here's the way to actually beat it without dying hard: On the beginning tile you step on, if you go up one square, you can access a ladder and go all the way down to one of the exit doors without touching any pillars, losing hp, or being disoriented. If you do this, you get the best armor and weapon in the game. If you go through all the way and don't get owned by a pillar, you not only get those two items, but you acquire the most epic healing spell and summon in the game: I dont know what it is, but the idea of this summon is that it attacks your enemy for massive damage (at its weak point, of course,) and each member in your party (if it's going to be multi-char party styled) gains that HP and a quarter of the points back in MP, which if used right can heal you fully. This summon can only be used twice. |

Super Mario RPG, Bowser's Castle
Super Mario RPG
RPG
That game had to have beaten Legends of Zelda for my favorite SNES title, if only Squaresoft had made another one.
Haven't played the game yet, but might I suggest for a dungeon that you get turned into an EFG. Have to go through a bunch of situations, you can fail, win, or sortawant?
Item suggestions:
Pedobear armor
Black cock (weapon) or maybe Meatspin?
Emo Razor (Weapon; not across street or down the line, go for the fucking throat!)
Vtech (Like the Red Essence from Mario RPG, rare item gives you an extra move or two before your enemy can go)
Pocky (Either a healing item or you throw it like a grenade, in rushes the weeaboos for it)
Wolverine's Claws
WATERMELON (Power up, like a mario mushroom... or star)
Light saber?

Actually, I think VTEC should be like Lunar Magic from Secret of Mana, and use a random spell, good luck with whatever the spell is. _________________
