The only way I can think that such a place could possibly be created would be to interview each and every person before letting them on the site. Once approved, they'd be allowed to create an account, but the username of the account would be invisible to everyone but its owner, so for all purposes, everyone is Anonymous. That could never be done for 4chan, of course, and we really don't have the man-power to sort through all those applicants, so I guess such a place will never be. It's a shame, though. It could possibly be the true haven for those of us made of epic win and internets. |

The best there currently is, but we are too few in number, and there are still fags that come here to fuck things up. One day, I hope to build a truly epic internet hate machine, even more epic than PC.
