If you've been IP b& you should be able to fix it using a proxy. If using a proxy does'nt work there's a good chance that you're not IP b&. Moar than likely you're MAC banned but I find this hard to believe because all the mods are dishing out shockwave bans...
There's a program called MAC make up that allows you to change/spoof your MAC address, took me ages to figure out how to use it lol. Alot of people complain about not being able to connect to the internet after changing their MAC addy, thats because only certain numbers can be changed.
Your first 3 numbers are you OID and must stay the same, I useually change the 4th and 5th number when using SMAC or MAC makeup.
If using MAC makeup it automatically selects the adapter thats allready connected to the internet. In the next box you have you MAC address, write this down incase anything goes wrong you can allways go back and change things....
As an example, the MAC address 0012345D22D9 would be your origional MAC addy, the first 3 munbers "001" is the OID. Change either the 4th or 5th number to any number between 1 and 9 so that it now looks something like this 0013345D22D9(Notice 4th number changed from 2 to 3).
Once you have entered a new number click Change and wait for it to cycle your modem. Once the modem has cycled remove the power cable from the modem and wait 5 seconds then plug it back in and wait. You should now be able to reconnect to the internet.
I've only ever had to do this a few times and have only ever needed to change the 4th or 5th number.
