Being lazy and not staying involved in Habbo. 7/12 this year really put us out in front and noticeable and drew in the newfags from the chans, etc. Most of the elder nigras here were ready to retire from Habbo after that, so all the newfags were running around with no guidance forming afro groups and other fail. The situation is quite salvageable, however.
Look at poolscl0sed.com (that's a zero in "closed"). Discovered an OIFY-fag advertising it while /b/locking in a fucking santa suit. We spammed it a bit, told them how badly it fails and directed the not-complete-failures here. Maybe an hour or so total time and it's dead now. Nobody posts there, it barely got off the ground. I see the leader on Habbo once in a while still, but nobody listens to him.
It doesn't take a lot of work to get the majority in line (or at least to a lesser amount of fail), but it does take more than complaining about the problem and logging off in disgust.

I've tried to rally and organize some of them better, a few listen, but then I have the faggots that scream "NO U!" and the infamous 13yr old battle cry "YOURE NOT THE BOSS OF ME!"
I often end up facepalming IRL, then just using Axed 7 to achieve some form of win amongst the fuckload of fail
