Just basically have a poisoned status effect that drains your health away slowly til death and call it The Aids.

I believe the thing about 'The AIDS' has already been done, as the video shows the enemy, AIDS, trying to use AIDS on the nigra, and also that there's a leaf thing that apparently remedies AIDS. As to what the gay would do, I really don't know. Maybe confusion?

Lol I already replaced Poision with AIDs as soon as I started the game. 
Also, Za Warudo. You did a good job with those icons.
