Who can write a countdown script here that DOSEN'T run on the timezone you are set to on the board.
I can not get the correct countdown as it uses your timezone settings here to get the countdown right.
Can anyone write it for a specific timezone and make it countdown properly to anyone?

It runs by your computer clock.
But it's supposed to be 5 PM eastern I think.

For some reason, though it is 8 PM Central standard time here, the countdown says there's another 26 hours until the raid. WTF. I know this is not correct if the raid is at 3 EST tomorrow, which would be 2:00 here. What the shit is wrong with that fuggin' countdown?
