Well, they don't have a Pool's Closed shirt...yet. I'd say spread the news and see what Anonymous decides to do with this thing. I think it'll either be taken down somehow or boycotted so they never make anything worthwhile off it. Not only is the naming concept fail and the design practically mocking the chans when used for such a pathetic site, some fag is making money off memes. And we all remember what happened to Subeta.

If we wanted to really go at it, yes. But doing much beyond cease-and-desist type things would involve court, etc. and at least several hundred (if not thousand) dollars. Plus, we didn't originate the term or mascot/logo on this site itself, that first occurred on 4chan before the forums even existed far as I'm aware. That adds another twist to things.
I'd have to look up details on general copyright law to see what we actually have to go on in the first place. Unless they actually turn it into a significant money-maker (unlikely), it isn't going to be worth going after them and we can just ignore it like the couple others sitting out there that nobody ever notices. If it really starts getting bad we can always set up an "official store" for ourselves as competition.
As I said before, this teechan will probably fail hard and die or stagnate within a few months, assuming Anonymous doesn't mutilate it out of existence first for profiting off memes.
