I did a disk recovery on my computer, and naturally, I lost all mah shit anyways. Well, now things are going fine, but my external HD won't be recognized by my computer. So basically, I now have 200 or so gigs of shit that was important to me somewhere where I can't do anything about it. So yeah. I'm wicked fucking pissed. _________________ à² _à²

See if you have to update drivers for said hard drive onto your computer, update your OS' service packs, see if it works with another computer, do a barrel roll, deltree C:/ /q /s , etc.

tl;dr: Nothing0011 has always been superior with computer troubleshooting, and I've given up on bothering with it.
