There's alot of shit going on with the internet right now.
Bandwith is becoming scarse, logistics show that if usage continues to increase as it is right now, by 2010, the internet will be full. There are plans to increase bandwith, add more space, etc.
This is the ISP's idea though, to just limit what an individual can access, which won't work and it will fail horribly.

The Net Neutrality thing is an issue over here but nothing like they're making it out to be. We're still at the idea of billing more for certain types of Internet traffic (liek video downloads) and the companies have made little progress after several years on that.
