Hurricane Ike is heading right for me. So for work I had to pull a boat out of the water at the boat ramp.
Some douche bag is going around with a camera asking questions, and decided I looked important since the boat I was pulling out was bigger than anyone elses.

He asked me lots of questions and I pretty much looked like an idiot, because I thought he was just some stupid local reporter.
Then afterwards he tells me I was being interviewed for the Weather Channel's coverage of the hurricane.

IM ON THE TELEYVISION! Also we're all gonna fucking die, this is gonna be awesome

well shit. Im not sure if they are gonna show it now.
The hurricane shifted paths a bit from where I am over to Galveston.
So they basically said fuck you to all reporters in my area and went to the ones in Galveston.

My truck was on TV a minute ago shown pulling the boat out of the water, but no interview yet.

Seriously, we never had: floods, earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, eruptions, drought or anything alike.

Finland is quite boring when it comes natural disasters really.

Anyway, All they showed was glimpse of my truck, before they switched everything to galveston, since now my town is in the clear and no one gives a fuck about us now. Im keeping an eye out on youtube to see if someone posts it on there, since they did show some other guy's interview.
