My friend has a 500Kv tazer that he wants to sell, and i figure it would be good to punish my dog whenever he fucks up. He usually tries to bite me when i beat his ass (sometimes with the butt of a rifle). I figure if i taze him, he would be out for a few minutes, that way i can cave his skull in without him fighting back.

If you have any disposable camera's lying about that you don't want, break them open and take the capacitor from the inside. It should be tube shaped, rather than disc shaped. Make sure that the two metal prongs on the end stick out a fair bit.
Then take some paper and roll it around the capacitor so it's about double the length. The paper should point away from the prongs, this is the tail for stabilization. Then find a plastic or metal tube that the capacitor can fit into. If you can't, make one out of strong paper.
Charge the capacitor and you now have an epic blowgun.

I don't see how the capacitor turns into a blowgun. Also, i can "borrow" 19000mfd caps from school. They WVDC is only 35V though...

The capacitor is the projectile, not the gun. |
I still do not understand how to turn the capacitor into a projectile. The discharge will not propel the capacitor unless it was discharged into some sort of explosive. |
There are two tubes. One is tight around the capacitor, to help stabilize it.
The other tube is a blowgun. You put your lips firmly around the opening, and sharply expel a puff of air. But I can understand why no one here would be familiar with the concept.  |
