No habbo admins were ever banned. It was a habbofag who was admin of his own habbo fansite.
It was duncan of habbodiscussion.com. It was posted on /b/ a few months ago about him saying he was admin of habbo hotel and threatening, but it was just some /b/tard being a /b/tard.
