Yeah, it's part of a book about stupid mastubation ideas lol. It's an old story though. Any pool built in the last 20-something years won't do that unless somebody srsly fucks around with shit, which is apparently what happened with that girl. And even most older ones will have been updated by now.
I thought it was made up tabloid crap at first cause I've never felt any suction from pool drains when I've touched them or it was so small I didn't realize it at the time.
