Don't delete system 32, just everything in that file and leave the empty folder then empty your recycle bin to get rid of the shit you just deleted completely. It works since it tricks second life into thinking that it is a different computer and a different user.

You have to restart your computer after doing this, correct?

yeah it wont work until your computer auto-rebuilds the system32 folder
