the rpg servers suck, because no one on their really much responds
i've played sa:mp and multi theft auto and both are terrible to raid
lulz can still be had if you get sobeit
downside is you got to buy the game to play the multiplayer
so, fail at San Andreas... oh yeah, no one EVER goes on Vice City servers. there's only like five.
and on the nigra subject, I think multi theft auto makes it so you can see player skins, so for anyone.. no, wait, that wouldn't work because it uses the default CJ.
