There's a lot of "unauthorized" Pool's Closed stuff out there. Crap been around for some time in fact, it's not a very big threat. Once we're running smoothly here with all the mods, themes and other junk to be done, I plan to see about getting sum shit liek that removed.

Liek a company selling it in the dealer room, or just people here and there? If it's just little stuff, we keep a general eye on things but otherwise don't worry about it unless it gets really big. Fanart or something of that sort is actually a good thing.

I don't worry about this kind of shit because it's unlikely anybody is going to pay 18 bux for plain t-shirt with that dinky logo on it. Also, if we do make stuff, be sure it's good quality. I hear too many varying reports about CafePress' quality, and rarely is it high praise. Try Zazzle or somethin' instead. Or make it yourself. And remember, we do it for the lulz. Not trying to start a business and sue people for copyright infringement or anything.
