how do you set up VMWARE? I need to use it becuase I got MAC ban on my wireless network (as well as my nieghbors' network now).

heres a better idea. if ur on a router, go to your system summary, and change it
or if you are connected via phoneline get SMAC from the nigra pack and use it its easy

its a netgear rangemax WPN824

but funny story - my nieghbors unsecured router DOES have the option to change MAC addresses, so I logged into that router and changed its MAC.
